MY TRAINERS COMMENTS TO ME:
The judges feedback was right on for the most part, except for the fuller comment. Had
you been fuller they would say you were too hard. Good
routine skills, need some better dance to help with transitions. Body has
changed enough at this point that we could approach your training different for
next year. A little more weight training and less plyos. You
no longer look like a bodybuilder, nor will you ever again. Pittsburgh
in May for fitness, then off to Jr, Nationals. After that we will qualify
for Masters figure and do the Masters nationals. Sound ok with you. I
am proud of your accomplishments and proud to say I worked with you. thanks
for letting me
be a small part of your success.
